If you can’t find time to go to the gym or attend aerobic sessions, make sure that you do activities that involve considerable amount of body movements. Brisk walking is one simple exercise. It helps you strengthen your heart, lungs, and other muscles. Take stairs instead of elevator or take a few meters of walk before hailing a cab.

Avoid Toxics
Smoking, drinking, and outside pollution shave minutes of your life. These toxic don’t only damage our body but also ruin our lifestyle. If our body doesn’t work properly, we don’t feel good thus; we don’t perform well in our daily activities making us less productive and prone to sickness.
